Refund & Cancellation Policy

Course refunds

Course access is granted for a defined batch validity period. We do not offer refunds once the batch is activated and live classes have begun.

• If your payment was deducted but the order failed, we'll refund within 7 working days.
• If you bought a duplicate course by mistake, contact us within 24 hours and we'll refund the duplicate.

Books & physical add-ons

Damaged-in-transit returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. We replace the book; we do not refund shipping for change of mind.

Mode of refund

Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI / card / netbanking) within 5–7 working days of approval.
